Ingredients include: Fresh tofu - 80g; Carrots - 100g; Coriander - 80g; Cornstarch - 30g; Wheat flour - 90g; Spices: sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, seasoning powder, salt and oil

Directions: Cut the tofu into small pieces and place in a cheesecloth, squeeze and squeeze out excess water. Peel the carrots, shred them and season with salt.
