In 2023, the IT sector will carry out its tasks closely following the IT work orientation of the Government IT sector, the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; 100% of units have their IT plans approved on time; organize the implementation of the IT plan according to the set schedule; detect violations and propose timely and legal handling. The whole sector has conducted 299/218 inspections, reaching 137% of the assigned plan target. Through inspections, violations of more than 3.8 billion VND and 111,461m2 of land have been detected, responsibilities of 19 collectives and 79 individuals have been reviewed, and 4 cases have been transferred to the investigation agency for investigation and handling. The work of receiving people, dialogue, handling complaints and denunciations has been focused and effectively advised, contributing to stabilizing the security and order situation in the province. In 2023, administrative agencies at all levels received and handled 3,856 petitions. Through classification, there were 269 complaints, 23 denunciations and 1,996 reflections and recommendations under the jurisdiction of administrative agencies at all levels. As a result, 285/292 complaints were advised to be resolved, reaching 97.6%; administrative agencies at all levels advised to review 1,904/1,996 reflections and recommendations, reaching 95.4%. Administrative agencies at all levels received 4,557/1,996 people coming to make complaints, denunciations, reflections and recommendations, compared to the same period last year, a decrease of 929 receptions and 990 people. The work of preventing and combating corruption continued to be strengthened; the work of perfecting the organizational apparatus, training and fostering was given attention, gradually meeting the development requirements of the industry.

In 2024, the TT sector will continue to implement the emulation theme: "Tightening discipline, enhancing the effectiveness of TT work, adapting safely to the new situation". Strive to complete 100% of planned and unscheduled inspections to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with policies and laws; the recovery rate will reach 80% or more of the economic value of violations according to the post-inspection handling decision and be submitted to the state budget.
