Minh Thanh Secondary School, Son Duong district is a new construction project with a total investment of 15.3 billion VND, the capital source is mobilized by the Ministry of Public Security from sponsors.

The project started construction in May 2024, with a 2-storey classroom block and an Administration - Management building with a construction floor area of ​​2,300m2, including 24 functional rooms. The project was inaugurated right on the occasion of the opening of the new school year 2024-2025 to serve children of ethnic groups in Minh Thanh commune.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security expressed his gratitude and thanks to the government and people in Minh Thanh commune for always taking care of and preserving the Central Police Department Relic Site so that this place will forever be a red address to educate the tradition for generations of People's Public Security.

Minister Luong Tam Quang acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and coordination of units and people of Minh Thanh commune to have a spacious project put into use in time for the new school year.

On this occasion, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang presented a book library, 700 traditional ethnic monographs and a computer classroom to Minh Thanh Secondary School.

The delegation also visited and offered incense at the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site and visited the Central Police Department Relic Site.
