According to the Organizing Committee, the Tran Temple-Nam Dinh Spring Seal Opening Festival of At Ty-2025, as usual, this year the Seal Opening ceremony will be held at the hour of Ty on the night of January 14, early morning of January 15 (ie the night of February 11, early morning of February 12) in the grounds of Thien Truong Temple (located in the special historical and cultural relic site of Tran Temple-Chua Thap, Nam Dinh City).

To ensure security and order for the ceremony taking place at midnight, which often attracts a large number of participants, Nam Dinh Provincial Police will arrange 2,500 security personnel in 5 protection rings inside and outside Tran Temple, focusing on tasks between security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting; crime prevention and fighting...

In round 1 and round 2, security forces are tasked with protecting the area within the Tran Temple grounds, especially the Thien Truong Temple yard - where the Opening Seal ceremony takes place.

In round 3, the security force is responsible for protecting the security at the Tran Temple gate area, including protecting the barrier fence in front of the gate and the entire surrounding wall of the Temple, preventing people from crossing the barrier and wall into the Temple; controlling badges and invitations for delegates entering the Temple.

At round 4, the security force is responsible for maintaining order on Tran Thua Street (a large, extended street running through the entrance to Tran Temple) and protecting the Security route (fire protection, ambulance and organization services).

Meanwhile, at the 5th ring - the outermost ring, security forces are responsible for ensuring security on the roads leading to the Tran Temple area, including National Highway 10, the section through the Tran Temple - Thap Pagoda area.

As usual, this year, during the Seal Opening Ceremony, the Organizing Committee will close the Tran Temple, only a few delegates with invitations will be present at the Thien Truong Temple yard during the ceremony. After the ceremony ends, the temple gate will be opened for people to enter and perform the ceremony. The distribution of seals will begin the following morning.

Tran Temple - Nam Dinh worships 14 kings of the Tran Dynasty and the national hero Tran Hung Dao. The Tran Temple Seal Opening Festival is held annually by the locality in early spring with many rituals to commemorate and show gratitude to the Tran Dynasty - the dynasty that led the army and people of Dai Viet to victory over the Yuan-Mongol invaders three times in the 13th century. These include the Ngoc Lo palanquin procession (carrying the incense of King Tran Nhan Tong from Pho Minh Pagoda to Tran Temple, located near the temple); the Water Procession and Fish Sacrifice rituals with the meaning of remembering the fishing profession, associated with the rivers of the ancestors of the Tran Kings. The highlight of the festival is the Seal Opening Ceremony taking place on the night of January 14, often attracting a large number of participants.

In recent years, the Tran Temple Seal Opening Festival has been held in a larger space, reducing the pressure on ensuring security and order for the locality when the project to build the Festival Center, covering more than 9 hectares, was completed and put into use.
