On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024), on the afternoon of November 3, Comrade Le Anh Xuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa City People's Council attended and celebrated the National Great Unity Day with cadres and people of Luan Van village, Tho Xuong commune (Tho Xuan). In 2018, Luan Van 1 and Luan Van 2 villages merged into Luan Van village. Since the merger, cadres, party members and people in the village have always complied with the provisions of the law, actively participated in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations.

The spirit of solidarity and unity in the community is increasingly strengthened and consolidated. Thanks to that, in 2023, Luan Van village successfully built a model village. In economic development, it is necessary to focus on propaganda and mobilization of people to effectively carry out land accumulation, change crop and livestock structure, promote the application of scientific and technical advances in production, and expand industries to improve people's income and life.
