This is the first year that the entire Quang Ngai province has conducted elections for village heads and residential group leaders. Accordingly, Quang Ngai province will elect 779 village heads and 175 residential group leaders. The personnel recommended for election as village heads and residential group leaders are over 1,000 candidates.
