The two arrested subjects are Mua A Thu (born in 1987) and Hang A Dua (born in 1992), both residing in Chieng Hac commune, Moc Chau district, Son La province.
The authorities seized evidence including: 2 heroin cakes, 48,000 synthetic drug pills, a car, a motorbike and 2 mobile phones.
Son La Provincial Border Guard is investigating the incident according to its authority.
