Mr. Le Anh Phuong was born in 1974, from Quang Binh. Before holding the position of Director of Hue University, Mr. Phuong held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue University Party Committee; Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the University of Education, Hue University.

Mr. Le Anh Phuong was appointed by the Ministry of Education and Training to hold the position of Director of Hue University for the 2021-2026 term in July 2022.
