At National Military Training Center 4, the delegation talked, encouraged, and presented gifts including cash and personal gifts including canvas bags and scarves to representatives of 7 female groups training here.

On the campus of Hanoi National University in Hoa Lac, the delegation visited, encouraged, and presented gifts of long-sleeved white shirts to each individual in the 5 male groups participating in the training. It is known that the total amount of money and 2,800 gifts that the delegation gave to the male and female groups at the 2 facilities is worth more than 820 million VND.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Comrade Lai Xuan Lam shared the difficulties and hardships of the cadres and soldiers participating in the training; expressed his recognition and appreciation for the efforts and striving of each soldier. The Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee hoped that the gifts, although not of great material value, would contribute to encouraging the spirit, helping the cadres, employees and soldiers to be more active and enthusiastic in training, completing their tasks excellently, contributing to the overall success of the upcoming 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
