On July 31, Mr. Tran Van Ut, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Lieu province, together with leaders of Hoa Binh district, visited, encouraged and gave initial support money to the family of Mr. Nguyen Me Ko (36 years old, residing in Vinh Thinh commune, Hoa Binh district) whose twin sons died from drowning.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Lieu province supported 10 million VND, the District Party Committee - People's Committee of Hoa Binh district 10 million VND; and the People's Committee of Vinh Thinh commune 2 million VND.

When visiting and encouraging, Mr. Ly Cong Bac, Secretary of Hoa Binh District Party Committee, also asked the local government to regularly care for and support the family to overcome the pain and stabilize their lives.

Previously, at around 2:20 p.m. on July 30, the mother of two children NHTh. and NHT (2 years old, twins) went to her husband's father's house to feed the two children. But when they got there, they couldn't find the children. The family quickly split up to look for them and discovered that the two children had drowned and died in a shrimp pond behind the house.
