Ms. Ha Thi Nga was appointed as Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, announced the Politburo's Decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Women's Union to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the conference, Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee congratulated the new Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. He believed that Ms. Ha Thi Nga in her new position would excellently fulfill the assigned tasks; lead and direct Tuyen Quang province to complete the tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga affirmed that in her new position, she will make efforts with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to develop Tuyen Quang, affirming its position among the northern mountainous provinces; worthy of the trust of the Party, State and people of Tuyen Quang province.

Biography of the new Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga:

Born in 1969, hometown in Hoa Binh province; education level, bachelor of literature pedagogy.

Before June 2011, Ms. Ha Thi Nga held the following positions: Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union; Deputy Head of the Cultural and Social Committee (Lao Cai Provincial People's Council).

From July 2011 – June 2014: Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee.

From June 2014 – October 2015: Secretary of Muong Khuong District Party Committee, Lao Cai province.

From October 2015 – May 2020: Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, XV term, concurrently Principal of the Provincial Political School (November 2015 – December 2018).
