The program is implemented by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Dien Bien provinces, and is directly connected to the A1 Martyrs' Cemetery bridge in Dien Bien province. This is a highlight activity in a series of special events commemorating the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023).

The art program “Immortal Epic” is structured into 3 chapters, respectively named: “Vietnam of Blood and Flowers”, “Immortal Petals” and “Song of Peace”. The program is full of gratitude, remembrance, prayers for peace, respect for the value of independence and freedom and looking towards the future.
