9 department-level leaders of Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department apply for early retirement

Including 5 Department Heads and 4 Deputy Department Heads, Deputy Heads of District Police, including: Colonel Le Duc Hien (born in 1966) - Head of Logistics Department; Colonel Nguyen Duc Quy (born in 1966) - Chief Inspector of Provincial Police; Colonel Nguyen Hai Phong (born in 1969) - Head of Mobile Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Le Dinh Dong (born in 1966) - Head of Records Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Thuc (born in 1967) - Head of Immigration Management Department; Colonel Vu Minh Duc (born in 1966) - Deputy Head of Dong Trieu City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Dinh (born in 1965) - Deputy Head of Cam Pha City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Thong (born in 1967) - Deputy Head of Van Don District Police and Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Vinh (born in 1967) - Deputy Head of Records Department.

Implementing the policy of the Politburo , the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Public Security Director, the 9 department-level leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security Department all voluntarily submitted applications for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement and streamlining of the Provincial Public Security Department's organizational structure in the coming time.

Party committees and leaders of units and localities all agreed 100% to request the Provincial Police to allow 9 retired officers to receive retirement benefits.
