8 police schools have a minimum score of 10 to 20.5 points.

Accordingly, the People's Police University of Technology and Logistics considers admission from 20.5 points of high school graduation exam or higher for the Medical major. With the assessment test of the Ministry of Public Security , the floor score for this major is 20/100 points.

Meanwhile, the floor score for the combined method is 70/100 points.

70 points is also the entrance threshold of the People's Security Academy, People's Police Academy, People's Public Security Political Academy, People's Security University, People's Police University, Fire Prevention and Fighting University and International Academy.

For intermediate level, the floor score based on high school graduation exam score is 10.

Public security schools and academies use three admission methods: direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , combined consideration of international language certificates with the results of the Ministry of Public Security assessment test; combined consideration of high school graduation exam scores with the results of the Ministry of Public Security assessment test.

In the third method, the formula for calculating admission scores is as follows:

Admission score = Total score of 3 high school graduation exam subjects x 2/5 + Score of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test x 3/5 + Bonus points (if any).
