Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Phung Tien Quan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee of Con Lon commune in the past term. To continue to develop Con Lon commune comprehensively and sustainably, Comrade Phung Tien Quan suggested that the Party Committee of Con Lon commune quickly stabilize the organizational structure, strictly implement the principles of democratic centralism and Party discipline. Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long emphasized: Cao Bo Commune is one of 13 communes in the province that are not subject to the merger of commune-level administrative units. * Thang Mo is a border commune with an area of 67.7 km2, with 36 villages, including 2 border villages. * Thai Hoa commune was merged from Thai Hoa commune and Duc Ninh commune.
