Jeremy Bury (44 years old) is one of the most experienced players in the European 3-cushion carom billiards community. He is a familiar face to Vietnamese audiences, having competed with Tran Quyet Chien many times in tournaments under the World Carom Billiards Federation (UMB) such as the World Cup or World Championship.
In particular, Bury is also known by fans as the "king of time". He has a habit of letting the countdown clock only have 1-2 seconds left before making a move. This is also a skill that makes Bury's playing style annoying.
Tran Quyet Chien often wins in recent confrontations.
At the Guri Billiards World Cup (Korea) in 2016, Bury defeated Tran Quyet Chien in the final. At the most recent Billiards World Cup held in Porto (Portugal) in early July, Bury reached the final and won the runner-up position. However, in recent confrontations, Quyet Chien is often the winner.
