Navy Region 4 visits and gives gifts to sponsored fishermen's children

Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh visited and encouraged Tong Ngoc Phuong Nghi.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Tong Ngoc Phuong Nghi (7 years old, 2nd grader), whose family currently lives in Cam Ranh ward. Phuong Nghi is the daughter of a fisherman in extremely difficult circumstances, whose father has terminal kidney cancer and is unable to work; she lives with her father and grandparents.

The delegation gave gifts to Tong Ngoc Phuong Nghi.

Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh and the delegation kindly asked about Phuong Nghi's health, family life and academic results last school year. At the same time, they encouraged her to try to be good and study better in the coming school year. On this occasion, in addition to the monthly support of 1 million VND/child, the Naval Region 4 Command presented her with some school supplies to serve the upcoming new school year.
