The 2024 Professional Knowledge Contest is part of a series of important activities to celebrate and welcome the special milestone - 30 years of the establishment of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank. This is both a useful and interesting playground, encouraging the spirit of learning, improving knowledge and professional skills for all staff, and an opportunity to connect and increase communication between individuals and groups in the BAC A BANK family.

Before that, the Contest had gone through an equally dramatic Preliminary Round, with the participation of 55 units which are BAC A BANK branches nationwide. It can be said that since its launch, the Contest has attracted the attention and response of a large number of staff members throughout the system, creating an exciting and positive preparation atmosphere in most business units.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Professional Knowledge Competition, Mr. Truong Vinh Loi - Deputy General Director, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Competition congratulated the 11 branches for their excellent performance in the Preliminary Round to advance straight to the final night . "The event is a place for the teams to demonstrate their intelligence, courage, confidence, teamwork spirit - solidarity, mutual support to work towards the goal of victory" - Mr. Truong Vinh Loi further affirmed.

The first round of the final round had an attractive set of rules, taking place like a speed race, true to its name "Fast as Lightning". The questions mainly revolved around topics close to the daily work of each staff member, however, the time pressure created a tense and suffocating competition atmosphere. At the end of the round, Hai Phong Branch temporarily took the lead with 209 points, becoming a formidable opponent for the remaining 10 teams.

As expected, the second round of the final night - "Showing courage" witnessed tense points-grabbing, spectacular comebacks, and dramatic turnarounds. Every audience, whether present at Vinh City Stadium or watching online on Livestream, must have experienced a range of emotions, from excitement to bursting when the final results were announced.

At the end of 2 rounds, amidst the cheers and enthusiastic encouragement of thousands of fans, the First Prize was awarded to the Hanoi Branch with a final score of 407 points. This is a worthy result for a series of days of serious and diligent training, effective competition tactics as well as the harmonious and rhythmic coordination of the entire team.

In addition, the Second Prize went to Thang Long Branch; 3 Third Prizes went to: Vinh City Branch, Bac Ninh Branch, Hai Phong Branch; 6 Encouragement Prizes went to the teams: Thanh Hoa Branch, Binh Duong Branch, Phu Yen Branch, Khanh Hoa Branch, Ninh Binh Branch, Lao Cai Branch.

The Organizing Committee awarded flowers and certificates of merit to the First, Second, Third and Encouragement Prize teams.
