Strengthen propaganda, mobilization, raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, localities, people and tourists , especially for cadres, civil servants, public employees and party members to strictly implement legal regulations on organizing and participating in festivals; absolutely do not organize and participate in widespread and wasteful festivals; especially take advantage to influence and engage in superstitious activities.

Strengthen inspection, examination and supervision, promptly prevent and strictly handle violations in festival activities to gain profit and cause negative impacts, especially in localities where many festival activities take place and attract a large number of people to participate.

The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to closely coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in managing and guiding the organization of religious and belief festivals in accordance with legal regulations.
