The request was made at the 4th Session of the Prime Minister's Working Group on Administrative Procedure Reform, in the current context where each user often has many public service accounts issued by different ministries, branches and localities, causing many inconveniences such as difficulty in managing personal information, having to remember many transaction accounts and passwords.
To use the application conveniently and effectively, people need to download the VNeID application on their smartphones. During the process of downloading and using the application, if they encounter any difficulties, they can contact the nearest local police station for instructions on activating their identification account and electronic authentication on the VNeID application.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested ministries, branches and localities to strengthen information and propaganda work in a vivid, easy-to-understand and easy-to-remember manner on mass media and social networking platforms, so that people can clearly understand the benefits and how to use VNeID accounts.
Ministries, branches and localities focus on reviewing and perfecting the legal basis, connecting databases and infrastructure to ensure the smooth use of VNeID accounts; establishing information channels to exchange and respond to arising difficulties and problems.
