On the afternoon of June 30, the Provincial Political School concluded the 3rd Political Essay Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2023.

Implementing the direction of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Provincial Steering Committee 35, the Provincial Political School has developed and issued a Plan to organize the Contest and established Committees and Working Groups to support the Contest in accordance with regulations. The School promptly organized and launched the Contest to all cadres, civil servants, employees and students of Intermediate Political Theory classes studying at the School and District Political Centers.

After nearly 3 months of launching, by May 31, 2023, the Organizing Committee of the Contest had received 75 entries from 74 officials, civil servants and students; including 37 entries from officials, civil servants and employees of the School and 38 entries from students of Intermediate Political Theory classes.

The topics of the articles are diverse and rich, addressing many issues in social reality such as: Protecting, applying and developing Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; Protecting and spreading the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, the cause of innovation, the path to socialism in Vietnam today; Identifying and fighting against, refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints against the Party, the State, and the regime; Practice and experience in organizing the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints...  

The articles all meet the requirements of Party spirit, fighting spirit and scientific nature. Many articles have logical, profound arguments, and sharp language used to clearly demonstrate the fighting spirit against wrong and hostile viewpoints. Many articles clearly show the author's concerns and enthusiasm, proposing solutions and personal responsibility for the problems raised. The data cited and illustrated for the articles are appropriate and have clear origins.

Based on the quantity and quality of the entries, the Organizing Committee of the Contest scored, awarded certificates, and awarded prizes to 1 group with the largest number of entries and good quality, and awarded 22 individual prizes in 3 categories: Magazine; printed newspaper and electronic newspaper.

In which: magazine category has 1 A prize, 1 B prize, 2 C prizes and 5 consolation prizes; Print newspaper category has 1 A prize, 1 B prize, 2 C prizes and 5 consolation prizes; Electronic newspaper category has 1 A prize, 1 B prize, 1 C prize and 1 consolation prize.
