Award Ceremony of Singing Contest for People with Disabilities

On June 16, in Hanoi, the National Final Round of the 3rd Singing Contest for People with Disabilities in 2025 with the theme "Singing from the Heart" officially ended after 2 days of organization.

In his closing speech at the contest, Chairman of the Vietnam Association for the Support of Disabled and Orphans Nguyen Trong Dam, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest, commented: The 3rd Singing Contest for the Disabled was a great success. The entries demonstrated the deep concern of the local government, authorities and Association organizations in contributing to ensuring the right to enjoy and participate in culture and arts in general and the mass cultural and artistic movement of the disabled in particular.

Many performances were carefully prepared, staged, and rehearsed, closely following the ideological theme of the contest, demonstrating creativity and uniqueness, vividly reflecting the cultural and spiritual life of people with disabilities.

The Organizing Committee has selected to award 7 Gold Medals, 10 Silver Medals and 14 Encouragement Prizes to 31 participating performances. Along with that, the Organizing Committee has awarded the First Prize Certificate to the Ho Chi Minh City delegation, 2 Second Prizes to the Binh Thuan and Quang Ninh delegations. The Third Prize belongs to 3 delegations: Lam Dong, Da Nang and Thai Nguyen. The Organizing Committee also awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 delegations that actively participated in the Competition.

Honoring outstanding performances and units, Chairman of the Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans of Vietnam

The 3rd Singing Contest for the Disabled is hosted by the Vietnam Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans , in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and a number of relevant agencies at the central and local levels .

The regional round of the 3rd Singing Contest for the Disabled was successfully held in 3 regions: Central, North, South in May 2025 , with the participation of 29 teams, with 358 contestants, 86 contestants . Through the 3 Regional Competitions, the Organizing Committee selected 9 teams that won First, Second, Third prizes for the whole delegation and the Gold prize winning performances to participate in the National Final Competition.

The final round was held in Hanoi from June 15 to 16, with the participation of male and female disabled contestants from 13 provinces and cities, who were the teams that won first, second and third prizes and gold medals in the three regional competitions.
