Specifically, the whole city has 234 educational institutions enrolling students who have graduated from secondary school. Among them, there are types of schools such as:

113 public high schools enroll more than 70,000 10th grade students; 30 vocational education - continuing education centers, continuing education centers, cultural supplementary branches, vocational training and job training centers enroll 11,686 students; 7 colleges and intermediate schools enroll 10,135 students; 83 private high schools and schools with foreign elements enroll more than 28,000 students.

Thus, the total enrollment target for grade 10 for secondary school graduates from all types of schools in Ho Chi Minh City is more than 120,000 students. Meanwhile, the total number of grade 9 students this year is only 116,296 students.

In particular, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City also announced the training model, learning format (1 session/day or 2 sessions/day), school address, and enrollment quota of each school.
