On the evening of July 2, information from the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province said that the authorities are investigating the case of Mr. Ha Anh Dung (44 years old, residing in Gieng Day Ward, Ha Long City), General Director of Quang Ninh Road Motor Vehicle Inspection Joint Stock Company, who was found dead at the Inter-Agency Headquarters Building No. 3.

Notably, initially, Mr. Ha Anh Dung's family was said to have found a suicide note, in which Mr. Dung talked about difficulties in work and life.

Previously, at 8:50 a.m. on July 2, Hong Ha Ward Police (Ha Long City) received a report from residents about the discovery of a man's body at the Inter-Agency Headquarters Building No. 3 (Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City).

Immediately after the incident, Quang Ninh Provincial Police, Quang Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy and other relevant agencies arrived to block off the scene and investigate the cause of the incident.

Initially, authorities determined that Mr. Dung died from falling from the 7th floor of Inter-Agency Headquarters No. 3.

Previously, on the morning of July 1, Mr. Ha Anh Dung entered the above building and went up to the 7th floor. Since then, Mr. Dung's family lost contact with him and went looking for him.

According to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, the Inter-agency Headquarters Building No. 3 does not have an office for the Quang Ninh Road Vehicle Inspection Joint Stock Company. According to the building's list, the 7th floor belongs to an agency of Quang Ninh province.

By the evening of July 2, the victim’s body had been returned to his family for burial. The authorities of Quang Ninh province are urgently investigating the death of the General Director of the inspection company.
