On the afternoon of October 16, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. During his visit to Vietnam, on the afternoon of October 16, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin co-chaired the second meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
