Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin paid an official visit to Vietnam from October 15-16, 2023. On the afternoon of October 15, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue chaired the welcoming ceremony and held talks with Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin. On the morning of October 16, President Vo Van Thuong received Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. On the afternoon of October 16, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. During his visit to Vietnam, on the afternoon of October 16, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Viktorovich Volodin co-chaired the second meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
