Listen to Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, deliver a presentation on the topic "Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation". Listening to comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, conveying two topics "Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of social policies to meet the requirements of national construction and protection", "Continuing to build a contingent of intellectuals to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable national development in the new period" and thoroughly grasping Plan 19-KH/TW dated November 27, 2023 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution No. 42-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 and Plan No. 20-KH/TW dated November 28, 2023 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and Party members at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the documents of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee requires delegates to fully, accurately and systematically grasp the spirit of the resolutions; on that basis, organize dissemination and propaganda to all cadres, Party members and the masses in their localities, agencies and units. At the same time, research and develop action plans and programs to implement the Resolution of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in a specific, practical and effective manner, associated with the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.

* On the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study and disseminate the resolution of the 8th Central Conference, 13th tenure. Attending were members of the Executive Committee, the Party Committee Inspection Committee, and secretaries and deputy secretaries of branches and affiliated Party committees.
