The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and Party members at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the documents of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee requires delegates to fully, accurately and systematically grasp the spirit of the resolutions; on that basis, organize dissemination and propaganda to all cadres, Party members and the masses in their localities, agencies and units. At the same time, research and develop action plans and programs to implement the Resolution of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in a specific, practical and effective manner, associated with the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.

* On the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study and disseminate the resolution of the 8th Central Conference, 13th tenure. Attending were members of the Executive Committee, the Party Committee Inspection Committee, and secretaries and deputy secretaries of branches and affiliated Party committees.
