Mr. Trinh Van Quyet is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee; Senior Lieutenant General, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (from June 2024).

His professional qualifications include: Bachelor of Party Building and State Agencies; Advanced level of political theory.
