From this historical event, the Central Party Secretariat decided to take October 18 every year as VPCU Traditional Day. This is an extremely important milestone, marking the birth, recognizing the great contributions and glorious traditions of the VPCU system to the revolutionary cause of the nation under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Along with the whole country, the activities of the VPCU of Ninh Thuan province are also closely linked to the history of formation and development of the provincial Party Committee. Over the 94 years of formation and development, generations of VPCU cadres at all levels have always demonstrated steadfast political will, absolute loyalty to the revolutionary ideal, solidarity, unity, dedication, devotion, thoughtfulness, constantly striving to excel in completing their tasks, serving well the leadership and direction of the Party Committee in revolutionary periods.

Since the re-establishment of the province (April 1992), the Office of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee was established, with the position of an advisory body, assisting the Provincial Party Committee, directly and regularly serving the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; overcoming difficulties and shortages from the early days of its establishment, the Office of the Provincial Party Committee has made efforts to complete regular and ad hoc tasks, ensuring good service for the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee; the management work of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; and the activities of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In the current period, the Provincial Party Committee Office has made many innovations in management and administration, administrative reform, and strongly applied information technology (IT); improved working methods in a scientific and orderly manner. The quality of advisory, proposal, and information synthesis work has improved a lot, especially in assisting the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in directing, assigning, and organizing the implementation of major tasks in accordance with the Regulations and Programs. The work of appraising and examining contents on socio-economics (KT-XH), national defense, security (QP-AN), foreign affairs and other fields has become increasingly clear, especially in giving opinions on contents that have not yet ensured quality. Proactively coordinate closely with relevant agencies to concretize the goals and tasks set forth by the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress into specialized resolutions and specific action plans and programs; At the same time, advise, direct, inspect, supervise, summarize and review the implementation of resolutions and directives of the Central and Provincial Party Committees..., contributing to the completion of the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

The management of Party finance, assets, administration, organization, cadres, documents, archives, IT, cryptography, and administration has made much progress; the work of arranging and perfecting the organization of the Provincial Party Committee Office according to Regulation No. 137-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Secretariat has been focused on (From July 1, 2024, the common service model for advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee will end); promoting the process of digitization, application of IT, digital transformation in each field of work, especially the digitization of historical archives of the Provincial Party Committee, application of sharing and storing electronic data NextCloud and new software..., contributing to innovation in leadership methods, working style and administrative reform in the Party; reception and administration work is increasingly professional and improved.

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee Office regularly takes care of Party building, building a clean and strong agency in all aspects, and building a team of cadres with strong political will, pure ethics, dedication and devotion to work; always heightens vigilance, ensures confidentiality, upholds Party and State discipline; at the same time, constantly cares for the material and spiritual lives of cadres, civil servants and workers.

With the achievements, the Provincial Party Committee Office and many individuals have been awarded many noble awards by the Party and the State. In particular, in 2017, the Provincial Party Committee Office was honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal from the President and most recently, in 2023, the Provincial Party Committee Office was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for its excellent performance in completing its tasks. An individual was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the President for his outstanding achievements in work, contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In the context of the world and domestic situation continuing to have many complicated developments, besides advantages, there are also many difficulties and challenges. Reality is posing for the Party Committees at all levels in the province to strengthen and innovate leadership and direction methods in many areas with higher requirements to be able to successfully implement the set goals and tasks, striving to build Ninh Thuan into a fairly developed province in the region and the whole country. That requirement also poses for the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee Office at all levels in the province higher requirements to be able to successfully complete the assigned tasks. Promoting the tradition of "Absolute loyalty, solidarity, creativity, dedication, thoughtfulness, upholding principles"; In the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee Office will focus on advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to effectively implement the Working Regulations and the 2024 Work Program to ensure progress and quality, specifically the contents in the 2024 Task List. Proactively coordinate with agencies and units to prepare and organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, ensuring progress according to Plan No. 320-KH/TU dated July 10, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Perform well the work of information and synthesis, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness to serve the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, especially effectively applying IT to information synthesis to serve the leadership. Proactively grasp the situation, especially complex and outstanding issues to propose to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for direction.

Continue to review, arrange and consolidate the organizational apparatus towards streamlining and effective operation. Continue to effectively implement the application of IT and digital transformation in the agency's operations; professionalize and modernize the work of documents, archives and cryptography. Proactively coordinate closely with state agencies in developing and operating the annual party budget, ensuring good service for all activities of the Party Committee, focusing on ensuring funding for the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and the 15th Provincial Party Congress. Strictly manage financial work and party assets to ensure compliance with regulations. Implement policies well for cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Further strengthen the regular coordination relationship in implementing the organization and implementation of tasks between the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the District and City Party Committee Offices and the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee, the Party Delegation, and the Party Committee to exchange and learn experiences, especially the coordination in grasping information to better fulfill the advisory and service tasks of the Party Committee in the new period - worthy of the trust and love of the Party Committee, the government and the people of the province, contributing to realizing the goals set out in the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
