Approval of Resolution on the monitoring program of Hanoi People's Council in 2025

Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Council's monitoring program in 2025 includes the following contents:

The City People's Council supervises at its meetings: reviewing the City People's Committee's reports on the implementation of socio -economic, security, defense tasks, state budget revenue and expenditure estimates for the first 6 months and the whole year of 2025 of the city; work reports of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council, the People's Committee, the People's Court, the People's Procuracy, the City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency and other reports as prescribed by law; Questioning the Chairman of the City People's Committee, other members of the City People's Committee, the Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy, the Chief Justice of the City People's Court, Heads of agencies under the City People's Committee and individuals related to issues under their responsibilities.

The City People's Council supervises the following topics: citizen reception, handling of complaints and denunciations, and the implementation of inspection and audit conclusions in Hanoi.

Supervision by the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the Delegation Groups and the City People's Council Delegates: the supervision activities of the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the Delegation Groups and the City People's Council Delegates are carried out in accordance with the Law and Resolution No. 594/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 12, 2022 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Specifically, based on the fields, tasks, and powers prescribed by law; recommendations, reflections, and issues of concern to voters; practical developments in the implementation of legal provisions; mechanisms and policies of the city. Based on the 2025 work program of the City People's Council and under the direction, assignment, and coordination of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the Delegation Groups, and the City People's Council delegates develop an implementation plan.
