Although the reward is not large, mainly for encouragement, it is timely and solemnly organized, so it has the meaning of promoting the emulation movement of the unit to become more and more disciplined and effective.

Even if the achievement is not great, if it is the result of the spirit of effort, overcoming difficulties, daring to think, daring to do for the collective, we all acknowledge and encourage immediately, thereby adding motivation for officers and soldiers to constantly strive to fulfill all tasks well.”

Although it has been established for less than 3 years, the Training Center has organized emulation activities in a fairly orderly manner, promoting the effectiveness of unit building. From the tasks of training, practicing, building a regular discipline... to logistics, technical work, consolidating the landscape and environment, all bear the mark of the emulation movement. In particular, the role of the staff is clearly demonstrated through exemplary behavior, sense of responsibility, always dedicated, and sticking with the unit. Thanks to being closely involved, attached, and close to the troops, the staff promptly detects good deeds and beautiful gestures of soldiers to commend and multiply beautiful "flowers".

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hao, Battalion Commander of Battalion 2, in all activities of the unit, especially drills, field training, mass mobilization, sports, inspections, etc., collectives and individuals with good achievements are commended and rewarded by the unit commander right in the field, without having to wait until the time of preliminary and final review to ensure timeliness. This is considered an effective measure to spread the Emulation Movement for Victory, which has been consistently implemented by the Battalion in recent years.

Along with timely rewards and commendations, the Party Committee and Command of the Training Center attach importance to promoting typical examples and good models in agencies and units on mass media, internal information systems and social networking groups of the unit. With this approach, the emulation movement of the Center is always vibrant and substantial; the unit has no serious disciplinary violations or desertions.
