On May 19, Phu Nhuan District Party Committee held the launching ceremony of the Phu Nhuan District Female and Young Cadres Club.

Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Tran Kim Yen and Secretary of Phu Nhuan District Party Committee Pham Hong Son congratulated the Executive Board of the Phu Nhuan District Women's Cadres Club.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Pham Phuong Thao, former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City; Tran Kim Yen, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Pham Hong Son, Secretary of the Phu Nhuan District Party Committee.

The Women's Cadres Club and the Young Cadres Club were established with the aim of promoting the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the government, the district's socio -political organizations and the grassroots in the work of female cadres, and promoting the training and development of young cadres in the district. The two clubs have 413 members.

On this occasion, the Women's and Young Officials Club coordinated to organize the Women's and Young Officials Forum of Phu Nhuan District with Resolution 31-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Ho Chi Minh City to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

At the forum, delegates exchanged and discussed related contents, assessed the practical results achieved; advantages and difficulties in implementing the socio -economic development tasks of the locality. Delegates also gave advice and proposed specific solutions to build an action program of Phu Nhuan District Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the Politburo and the Action Program of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee on this content.

Forum attracts female staff to contribute ideas

Secretary of Phu Nhuan District Party Committee Pham Hong Son commented that the forum helped delegates approach very meaningful issues. Accordingly, Phu Nhuan District leaders always pay attention to female and young cadres and suggested that the Party Committee should inspire creativity among subordinates, create a friendly and transparent working environment to promote the capacity of cadres.

According to comrade Pham Phuong Thao, in the difficult circumstances of the city, the trust placed in female and young cadres is a great encouragement and is very valuable. This shows the attention of the Party Committee's leaders to the work of female and young cadres today. Therefore, if assigned a job, female cadres must do it well and must not shirk it.

Comrade Pham Phuong Thao hopes that female and young cadres will work with a dynamic, creative spirit, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility. At the same time, they will study and practice continuously, should not follow a stereotype, and especially need to closely listen to the opinions of the people.
