Mr. Nguyen Van Tri (Chief Justice of Tan Binh District People's Court) holds the position of Chief Justice of District 4 People's Court from February 15 until reaching retirement age as prescribed.

Mr. Tran Dang Tan (Chief Justice of Go Vap District People's Court) holds the position of Chief Justice of District 3 People's Court from February 15 until reaching retirement age as prescribed.

Appoint Mr. Vo Thanh Buu Tinh (Chief Justice of District 3 People's Court) to hold the position of Chief Justice of Go Vap District People's Court from February 15 until reaching retirement age as prescribed.

In addition, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha (Deputy Chief Justice of Ho Chi Minh City People's Court) also handed over the decision to hand over the management and operation of District 10 People's Court to Mr. Nguyen Tan Chinh (Deputy Chief Justice of District 10 People's Court) from February 15 until District 10 People's Court has a new chief justice.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Phong congratulated the officials who had just been transferred and appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court. Chief Justice Le Thanh Phong said that the transfer and appointment work at the present time is very important, in the final stage of the term, the pivotal stage for districts to continue completing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels.
