Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company announces the auction of land use rights for 20 plots of land (LK01 and LK02), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure Project for auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi.

The auction will be held on November 4 at the Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center. The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of ​​89 - 145m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots ranges from 130.8 million VND to nearly 212.6 million VND.

The auction is a direct voting method with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The general applied price step is 6 million VND/m2.

Previously, on August 19, in Hoai Duc district, an auction of 19 residential land lots in LK04 area, Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune also took place. The auction took place from 8:00 a.m., through the night and until 4:30 a.m. on August 20 - after 18 hours, the final result was announced when all the land lots were successfully auctioned.

According to preliminary results, the highest lot won with a price of 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price. This lot has the symbol LK03-12, located at a corner with 2 open sides, an area of ​​over 113m2.

In addition to the above land lot, 11 other lots were also priced at over 100 million VND/m2. 3 lots with symbols LK03-6, LK03-7 (91.67m2 wide) and LK04-6 (115.95m2 wide) won the price of 127.3 million VND/m2. The value of the land lots is over 15 billion VND, 11.6 billion VND and 14.7 billion VND respectively. The two land lots with the lowest winning price in this session are 91.3 million VND/m2.

It is known that out of 13 customers (winning 19 land plots), 6 customers (winning 11 land plots) have paid the full land use fee as prescribed. Among the customers who have paid, there is also the person who won the land plot with the highest price of 133.3 million VND/m².

There are currently 7 customers who won the remaining 8 plots of land but have not yet paid, but the deadline for fulfilling financial obligations has not yet expired. Specifically, the deadline for payment according to regulations is before November 27, 2024.

Recently, Hanoi has continuously organized land auctions. Most recently, on October 19, an auction of 27 land lots was held in Ha Dong district. The auction started at 8:00 a.m. with about 212 investors participating. After 15 rounds, by 11:00 p.m. the same day, the highest bid was determined to be 1A-03 in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) with a winning price of more than 262 million VND/m2.
