Specifically, everything was normal until this person opened the box and peeled off the protective film. Unfortunately, the incident happened shortly after. SlowbroLife said he “heard a cracking sound” when he first folded the Galaxy Z Fold7. When he opened the device, he discovered that the protective film was damaged.
