After 30 years of establishment and development, the Young Entrepreneurs Association has been established in 63 provinces and cities; has 15 affiliated clubs with a total of nearly 19,000 members. The Association's member businesses are generating annual revenue of over 40 billion USD and creating jobs for more than 5 million workers. During the development process, the Association has organized many meaningful programs and activities such as: The Young Entrepreneurs' Movement for International Economic Integration; "Vietnam Golden Star Award", "Red Star Award"; activities to support young entrepreneurs in starting a business, promoting trade, investment, and international cooperation.

At the same time, it has performed well its advisory role to the Party and State on the development of institutions, policies and laws; and is an important bridge to bring the policies of the Party and State to the Vietnamese young business community. Thereby, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association has not only successfully completed its mission of building a domestic brand but has also become a member of the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Association, a member of the Asia-Pacific Young Entrepreneurs Organization and participated in connecting with many other international business associations. This shows the Association's active role in promoting the Young Entrepreneurs ecosystem to reach regional and international levels.

To continue to develop the business community, Mr. Phan Thanh Thien, Chairman of the Gia Lai Young Entrepreneurs Association, recommended: “Regarding administrative procedure reform, it is necessary to complete the legal system as soon as possible; immediately prevent the situation of avoidance, shirking, fear of responsibility, not daring to decide, not daring. At the same time, continue to improve the investment and business environment, create favorable conditions for businesses to operate; increase investment in education and training, improve the quality of human resources; support businesses in accessing markets, especially international markets, and encourage innovation and start-ups in the young business community.”

Speaking at the meeting, Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan said that Vietnam currently has about 920,000 operating enterprises, more than 31,000 cooperatives and more than 5 million business households. The team of entrepreneurs, including young entrepreneurs, has grown strongly, becoming an important force contributing to socio-economic development, promoting industrialization, modernization of the country, and integrating into the world economy; many young, dynamic entrepreneurs have emerged, daring to think, daring to do, innovating, and starting successful businesses, thereby affirming their reputation and brand domestically, gradually reaching out to the region and the world.

In addition, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association has made strong progress, becoming a prestigious social-professional organization; performing well the task of uniting and gathering young entrepreneurs, actively contributing to the country's socio-economic development. The Acting President said that the 13th National Party Congress has set a goal: by 2030, our country will be a developing country with high average income; by 2045, it will become a developed country with high income. To successfully achieve that goal and task, it requires the efforts of the entire political system, businesses and people. In particular, Vietnamese enterprises have an important position and role, being the backbone of the country's economy.

According to the Acting President, the entrepreneurial community is one of the core forces contributing to promoting the cause of industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration. In that spirit, the Acting President requested that departments, ministries, branches and localities continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines on entrepreneurs, focusing on Resolution 41 dated October 10, 2023, of the Politburo on "building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new period" to effectively implement it in practice. The Acting President requested the Central Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union, and relevant ministries and branches to continue to monitor and grasp the development of the young entrepreneurial community, including the activities of the Young Entrepreneurs Association, to promptly propose and remove difficulties and obstacles that arise in practice.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association should promote the results and achievements it has achieved in the past time, continue to innovate the content and form of activities to keep up with the world's trends, both suitable to the country's requirements and close to the needs of its workforce.

“We must determine the role and responsibility of young entrepreneurs in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the current period. You must play two roles, pioneering in economic development and being the pillar of the country, so your responsibilities and missions are very high. From there, we hope that you will continue to have aspirations in career development, aspirations for your career, aspirations for dedication; only young people who can commit to difficult tasks can our country make breakthroughs to develop,” Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan emphasized.

The Acting President hopes that the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association will continue to perform its role as a representative for the young entrepreneur community; be an important bridge to bring the Party and State's policies to the young entrepreneur community; have many specific and practical activities to support young people and young entrepreneurs in starting businesses, innovating, developing sustainable production and business activities; and contribute to building a strong team of young Vietnamese entrepreneurs.
