Accumulated 6 months, pre-tax profit reached 10,700 billion VND, up 2% over the same period.

ROE continued to remain high at over 20%, while cost-to-income ratio (CIR) remained at 32%, demonstrating effective operational control efforts, facilitating interest rate support for customers.

In the second quarter of 2025,ACB recorded pre-tax profit of VND 6,100 billion.

ACB's outstanding credit balance reached VND634,000 billion, up 9.1% compared to the beginning of 2025, with a balanced structure between individuals and businesses.

The pre-CIC bad debt ratio decreased to 1.18%, and post-CIC to 1.26% compared to 1.49% at the end of 2024 - continuing to be among the lowest in the industry, reflecting effective risk control capacity.

Capital mobilization grew in tandem, reaching VND707,000 billion, up 10.6%, of which customer deposits accounted for more than VND567,000 billion, up 5.6%. The CASA ratio continued to improve, reaching 22.6% thanks to promoting digitalization of services and expanding the utility ecosystem, increasing the proportion of cheap capital in the mobilization structure.

Mr. Tu Tien Phat, General Director of ACB, said that immediately after Resolution 68 was issued, the Bank implemented a credit package of VND40,000 billion with a preferential interest rate of 2% higher than usual.

Half of the capital is earmarked for small and medium-sized enterprises, which are considered the backbone of the private sector . The other half is targeted at large enterprises with a well-planned investment strategy in infrastructure and digital technology.

Thanks to that, corporate credit at ACB increased sharply by 10.7% in the second quarter of 2025 alone, showing that market confidence is being fueled by timely and appropriate resources.

For the FDI enterprise sector, a new growth driver of the economy, ACB implemented a "tailor-made" strategy according to a specific investment journey, helping FDI outstanding loans increase by more than 70% in the first half of the year alone.

This is a testament to the ability to expand strategic customer base when choosing the right approach.

For more than 5 million business households nationwide, a customer group that is less prioritized in traditional finance but plays a large role in the real economy, ACB said, not only supports interest rates, but also integrates operational solutions from electronic invoices to sales linkage and financial connection.

For young customers, ACB is also the first bank to launch the “First Home” loan package just 1 day after the Prime Minister ’s directive. After 4 months of implementation, the outstanding balance of the program reached nearly 4,000 billion VND - a clear demonstration that a financial product that meets the right needs and is timely can become an effective bridge to future generations of customers, while contributing to the stability and transparency of the real estate market.
