Continuing the results of previous sessions, promoting the spirit of seriousness, democracy, responsibility, and high constructiveness, the National Assembly deputies demonstrated the highest level of "Dedication - Effort - Proactivity - Enthusiasm - Responsibility" in the question and answer session and clarified issues that voters and people are interested in. With the experience, knowledge and solid character that have been accumulated, the National Assembly deputies increasingly demonstrated the role and responsibility of the people's representatives, on the forum of the session and in activities outside the session.

With a very high approval rate, at this session, the National Assembly voted to pass 7 laws and 8 resolutions; discussed and commented on 8 draft laws and discussed and resolved many other important contents.

The 6th session on legislative work, supreme supervision and decision on important issues of the country continued to mark another milestone of success with many innovations and timely decisions to meet practical requirements. The highlight of this session was that the National Assembly spent 2.5 days questioning the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers and ministers and heads of sectors on the implementation of thematic supervision and questioning resolutions of the 14th National Assembly and from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly's term to the end of the 4th session in 21 areas.

The National Assembly passed a resolution on questioning, clearly defining the address, time scope and responsibilities, requesting the Government, Prime Minister, ministers and heads of sectors to resolutely and effectively implement the issues committed to the National Assembly and voters nationwide.

In addition, the National Assembly conducted a vote of confidence for 44 elected or approved officials, which is considered an important method of supervision. The results of the vote of confidence were publicly announced and received the consensus and high appreciation of voters and people nationwide.

In the legislative field, the draft laws that the National Assembly commented on and considered for approval at this session are the legislative tasks identified in Conclusion No. 19-KL/TW dated October 14, 2021 of the Politburo on the orientation of the Law-making Program for the 15th National Assembly term and Plan No. 81/KH-UBTVQH15 dated November 5, 2021 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

At this session, the National Assembly considered, commented on and approved a large number of projects and drafts, more than usual in previous sessions. These are laws of important political and social significance, aiming to promptly institutionalize the policies, requirements and tasks set out in the resolutions of the Central Committee and the Politburo, concretize the provisions of the Constitution and resolve urgent practical issues.

National Assembly deputies analyzed and discussed major and important issues, especially proposed new policies, and contributed many profound opinions for research agencies to absorb and ensure the full and timely institutionalization of the Central Committee's resolutions based on the results of thorough research and thorough and solid summaries of practice. Many projects and draft laws have complex content, wide scope of impact, directly affecting the rights, obligations and interests of the majority of people and businesses, contributing to perfecting development institutions, promoting and creating new momentum, paving the way for innovation and sustainable development.

The National Assembly also recently spent time conducting supreme supervision of the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on national target programs on new rural construction for the 2021-2025 period, sustainable poverty reduction for the 2021-2025 period, socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the 2021-2030 period; passed a resolution on the results of thematic supervision with many important contents, many recommendations and solutions to speed up the progress, improve the efficiency and quality of national target programs...

From the success and good results of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly and many important results achieved after half of the term, it can be affirmed that: Many very basic and important decisions were promptly institutionalized at the year-end session of the 15th National Assembly, affirming the determination of the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to join hands, unite, and strive to successfully complete and bring about the highest results of the tasks in 2024, moving towards completing the 5-year plans according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
