The three resolutions include: 1- Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights; 2- Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the conclusions of inspections and judgment examinations in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa Province; 3- Resolution of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government in Hai Phong City.

The Prime Minister requests that Ministers and Heads of ministerial-level agencies take responsibility for the content of the proposal to issue detailed regulations, ensuring that the content assigned to the detailed regulations is complete, within the authority and time limit for issuing the document so that it takes effect at the same time as the law, resolution or content assigned to the detailed regulations. Ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies in charge of drafting detailed regulations are responsible for regularly urging and checking the progress of implementation; reviewing and clarifying the responsibilities of each agency, unit and head assigned to preside over drafting and submitting documents to prevent delays in promulgation or promulgation of documents that do not ensure quality...

Ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies, within the scope of their functions and tasks, shall closely coordinate with the Supreme People's Court in reviewing and proposing documents detailing the implementation of the Law on Juvenile Justice, including them in the Law implementation plan, ensuring full content assigned to the Government, Prime Minister, Ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies for detailed regulations and the deadline for promulgating documents to take effect simultaneously with the Law.
