In the period of 2019-2024, the emulation movement has had positive changes, emulation movements according to models have been replicated, and work and initiatives have been effective. The results of the past 5 years of implementing the emulation movement of units in the Ninh Son district military force have been awarded 4 certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee; 67 collectives and more than 148 individuals have been awarded.
