On the morning of March 3, Ninh Hoa commune (Hoa Lu district) held a ceremony to announce the commune meeting advanced new rural standards in 2023.

In 2016, after achieving the NTM commune standard, Ninh Hoa always strives to build a commune that meets the advanced NTM and model NTM standards. With the attention and direction of all levels and sectors, the active participation of organizations and enterprises, and especially the high consensus of the people in building advanced NTM.

As a result, Ninh Hoa mobilized more than 320 billion VND to implement the program, of which people contributed over 220 billion VND, accounting for nearly 68.7% of resources.

In recent years, the economic structure of the commune has shifted strongly in a positive direction, in which agriculture accounts for about 15-20%; industry, small-scale industry and tourism services account for 80-85%. The average production value per hectare of cultivated land and aquaculture water surface reached 140 million VND/ha, an increase of 65 million VND compared to 2015.

By the end of 2023, the average income per capita in Ninh Hoa commune will reach 71.2 million VND/year, an increase of more than 42 million VND compared to 2016; the number of multidimensional poor households will be 0.91%. The whole commune has 92.5% of households achieving cultural families, 100% of villages meeting standards and 100% of agencies and units meeting cultural standards.

The education and training sectors continue to develop steadily and firmly, the quality of education is improved, maintaining national standards at all three levels. The political system is strong, the Party Committee, government, sectors and organizations in the commune have been strong units for many consecutive years.

Ninh Hoa currently has 5/8 villages recognized by the District People's Committee as meeting the standards of a model new-style rural residential area. Many production models bring high economic efficiency. Environmental sanitation is of concern...

In general, the criteria for building communes that meet advanced NTM standards have been seriously and systematically implemented, achieving progress in terms of time and quality, creating satisfaction and excitement among the people.

With the achieved results, Ninh Hoa commune was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as an advanced NTM commune in 2023.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc awarded the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting advanced new rural standards in 2023 to Ninh Hoa commune.

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals of the commune were commended by all levels and sectors for their outstanding achievements in the movement to build new rural areas.
