Expected route of the parade blocks

- Block of Ceremonial Monuments: Nguyen Thai Hoc - Trang Thi - Trang Tien, Square August Revolution.

- The walking army, foreign army, militia, and police are expected to be divided into 4 directions as follows:

First direction: Nguyen Thai Hoc-Kim Ma-Lieu Giai-Van Cao-Quan Ngua Stadium.

Second direction: Nguyen Thai Hoc-Trang Thi-Trang Tien, August Revolution Square.

Third direction: Nguyen Thai Hoc-Le Duan-Thong Nhat Park.

Fourth direction: Botanical Park.

- Mobile police and cavalry: Turn right and follow Le Hong Phong-Ngoc Ha street, to the assembly point at Bach Thao Park.

- Red flag block: Turn right onto Le Hong Phong (change formation into 8 vertical rows), follow Doi Can-Giang Van Minh-Kim Ma-Lieu Giai street, to the assembly point at Quan Ngua stadium.

- Parade of mass and cultural and sports groups: After passing the stage, go straight along Hang Chao alley to the assembly point at Hang Day Stadium.

- Tank and tracked route: To the Ministry of Defense headquarters.

- The tire vehicle route goes in 2 directions as follows:

First direction: North Gate - Nghi Tam - Au Co - Vo Chi Cong - Duong Lang - Tran Duy Hung - Thang Long Boulevard - Le Quang Dao - F1 Racetrack.

Second direction: Nguyen Thai Hoc-Giang Vo-Duong Lang-Tran Duy Hung-Dai Lo Thang Long-Le Quang Dao-F1 racetrack.

Ideal places to watch the parade on the morning of September 2

Residents and tourists can choose observation positions on many streets in the wards of Ba Dinh, Ngoc Ha, Cua Nam, Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam, Hai Ba Trung, Tay Ho, and My Dinh.

Below are some suggested locations to observe the parade:

Hung Vuong-Nguyen Thai Hoc-Hang Chao intersection

This is one of the most ideal observation points, where people can have a complete view of the blocks, because it is the point where the parade leaves Ba Dinh Square and begins to split into directions. Parade blocks on lines 1 and 2 turn left and follow Nguyen Thai Hoc Street. Line 3 turns right and follows Kim Ma Street. Line 5 goes straight towards Hang Day Stadium.

However, this position sees all sorts of groups but the lines are often not very neat, quite messy because they have to change direction. People can consider standing a few hundred meters before or after this position.

Cua Nam-Trang Thi Intersection

The parade route 1 going to Trang Thi-Hang Khay-Trang Tien will pass through the Cua Nam intersection. This is a spacious area, with many directions to find a place to stand, exit or move easily. Traffic in this area is well connected, can be reached by many bus routes, or on foot from Hanoi station or the center of the old quarter. The surrounding houses and shops on Hang Bong street can be easily observed from the floors.

Le Duan-Nguyen Thai Hoc intersection

This location is not spacious, but it is a convenient location to witness the two parades of lines 1 and 2 passing by. This intersection is only more than 1 km from Ba Dinh Square, so people do not have to wait as long as at Trang Tien-Opera House. However, because this area is a bit cramped, it will be difficult to choose a place to stand and it will take a long time to escape after the parade.

Hang Khay-Trang Tien crossroads

This is the near-end of the parade line 1. Since the parade starts from Ba Dinh Square, if any residents or tourists arrive late, there is still time to welcome the group at the end, but they should not stand at the end of Trang Tien Street, close to the Opera House, because the parade will have ended by then.

There are many entertainment activities, restaurants, and cafes around this area. The roads that open around Hoan Kiem Lake are spacious, so they will quickly clear up after the parade ends, especially suitable for families with young children and tourists from far away. Tourists staying in the Old Quarter should also consider watching the parade at this location.

This intersection is also easily accessible for those traveling by the Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station elevated train. From the Cau Giay terminal, visitors can walk for about 15 minutes.

Tran Phu-Nguyen Tri Phuong Street

Parade lines 6 and 7, consisting of tracked tanks and wheeled vehicles, will pass through this section of the road. This is an area with almost no houses, mostly offices, embassies, hospitals and parks, so it is unlikely to be as crowded as other routes. The sidewalks in this area are also quite spacious.

Intersection of Le Hong Phong-Ngoc Ha-Doi Can

This location has a spacious, airy space. It is expected that some parades will pass through along two routes towards Kim Ma and Bach Thao Park.

Kim Ma-Lieu Giai Intersection

This is a high-rise location where you can observe the parade, such as Nguyen Chi Thanh overpass, Lotte Center Hanoi building, Hanoi Daewoo hotel, Capital Palace building, Vincom Metropolis apartment building, and Lieu Giai Tower apartment building.

Lieu Giai-Van Cao Street

These two streets are very long, allowing people to observe the entire parade and get many beautiful views.

Quan Ngua Stadium

This is the end point of the parade route, a suitable parade for people to gather to watch the parade, ending the mass performance.

Vo Chi Cong and Tran Duy Hung Streets

These are two routes where the tire-wheeled vehicles move. Both routes are very long, spacious, and have many tall buildings, allowing people to observe the entire parade.

Le Quang Dao Street - F1 Racetrack

Le Quang Dao is the route where the tire-wheeled vehicles travel, leading to the F1 Racetrack, the final assembly point with many modern equipment, weapons and vehicles.

In addition to the specific locations mentioned above, residents and tourists can choose to stand along the streets to comfortably and safely watch the event in specific directions of the parade.
