Many enthusiastic contributions to build Hue City to develop quickly and sustainably

Member of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Ai Van spoke at the conference.

At the conference, delegates affirmed that the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 17th City Party Congress were carefully and seriously prepared, closely following reality, clearly demonstrating political determination, development aspirations and strategic vision. The conference also listened to the enthusiastic, responsible and profound opinions of former leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; former leaders of the Women's Union and the Labor Federation through the periods; members of the Advisory Councils of the City Fatherland Front Committee with a constructive spirit, for the common development of the Party Committee and Hue City in the coming term.

Many comments focused on the core contents of the Draft Document such as: Comprehensive assessment of the implementation results of the Resolution for the 2020 - 2025 term; pointing out the shortcomings, limitations, causes and lessons learned; at the same time contributing many specific and practical proposals on the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the development of Hue city in the period of 2025 - 2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the city's socio -economic development tasks, with the goal of building Hue city to develop rapidly and sustainably.

Concluding the conference, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Ai Van affirmed: Organizing conferences to contribute ideas widely, democratically and responsibly is extremely necessary for people of all walks of life to express their thoughts, aspirations and suggestions for the development of their homeland. The opinions at the conference will be fully and honestly synthesized by the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and sent to the City Party Congress Document Subcommittee for research, absorption and completion of documents to be submitted to the 17th City Party Congress.

The conference also provided more information about the North-South high-speed railway project along with a plan to promote and mobilize its implementation.
