At the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Biwase will submit to shareholders the Board of Directors' Report on the results of production and business activities in 2023 and the plan for 2024; the General Director's Report on the results of production and business activities in 2023 and the plan for 2024; the audited summary financial report in 2023; the Board of Supervisors' Report in 2023; the 2023 profit distribution plan; the plan to increase charter capital by paying dividends in 2023 in shares; the 2024 profit and dividend distribution plan; approval of the conversion of 3 branches under Biwase Company into a LLC with 100% capital contribution by Biwase; approval of the 2024 salary and remuneration payment plan of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Secretary of the Board of Directors; Approval of the Internal Governance Regulations supplementing the regulations for organizing online General Meetings of Shareholders; and Approval of the proposal for selecting an Auditing unit for the 2024 Financial Statements.
