According to the content of the announcement issued on July 18, the Inspection Committee has proposed that the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee consider and impose disciplinary action in the form of a warning on the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Saigon Real Estate Corporation - One Member Co., Ltd. (ResCo) for the 2015-2020 term for lack of responsibility and violation of the principle of democratic centralism in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the ResCo Party Executive Committee.
Specifically, the Standing Committee of the ResCo Party Committee has loosened its leadership and management, lacked inspection and supervision, allowing the Board of Members and the Board of Directors to decide and carry out land transfers that are not in accordance with the law, causing serious consequences and damage to state assets; allowing many cadres and party members who are leaders of the unit to violate the law to be prosecuted and detained, causing negative public opinion among cadres and party members, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and the unit. Seven party members of this unit have been disciplined by the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and expelled from the Party.
Regarding the issues and cases that occurred at Saigon Industry Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company (CNS), the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission proposed that the Standing Committee of the Party consider and impose disciplinary action by expelling from the Party 3 individuals for lack of responsibility in leadership and direction; lack of inspection and supervision of production and business activities; lack of responsibility in amending, supplementing, and promulgating the Regulations on management and use of the Reward Fund..., leading to many individuals and units committing violations, causing serious damage to state assets.
Also in this announcement, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission also informed about the disciplinary action in the form of reprimand against Mr. Bui Quoc Tuan, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ward 4, District 4.
The reason is that he was irresponsible in management, allowing many subordinates to commit violations and be disciplined; violating the regulations on receiving and using contributions and sponsorships from individuals to serve the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.
