On the afternoon of May 29, musician Nguyen Van Chung announced the project "Singing with Children" - a series of 300 episodes broadcast on his YouTube channel 300 Children's Songs . This is a meaningful project he dedicates to children before Children's Day, June 1.

The project "Singing with your children" is produced by musician Nguyen Van Chung, with the continuous teaching participation of "teacher" singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh.

Each episode will teach children to sing a new song from the children's music library composed by musician Nguyen Van Chung with many diverse topics and content. In addition, there are some episodes that guide basic vocal techniques so that children can practice their singing at home every day. Children who do not have the opportunity to learn singing at centers or gifted classes can also practice and learn easily.

According to musician Nguyen Van Chung, this is a project that he is extremely passionate about, his ideal when building a beautiful Vietnamese children's music garden for children aged 3-13. The songs are new, familiar, realistic and have diverse topics, from family, school, holidays, small lessons, childhood world... and maybe more in the future, so that children can listen, learn and sing along quickly. Children will have more songs to choose from when performing in class, at school or at children's music stages, cultural centers on holidays, Tet or special occasions.

The project "Singing with your child" will also be a source of children's music materials, considered as a set of online singing books for music teachers at kindergartens and primary schools to refer to in choosing appropriate teaching plans. In addition, the project is also an intuitive and easy-to-understand music education channel for children in mountainous and remote areas where there is a lack of facilities and talent training centers for children with passion.

Musician Nguyen Van Chung shared: “For a long time, few musicians have been interested in this topic, which is a disadvantage for children. I have a strong passion for children's music because I have children, I understand. I feel that I need to compose, even if it takes 8 years or more. To carry out the project, for me, first of all is for my children, for my children to sing, for my children to be proud of their father. Then it is for all the children in our country. I understand that children's songs are valuable for a lifetime. After having achieved success with songs about love and family, I want to challenge myself with children's music. My desire for this topic is very big. The important thing is to have more songs for children, I do not calculate the profit it brings.”

According to the male musician, the initial budget for producing this project was 1.5 billion VND, including filming costs, personnel, set, decoration, food, teacher fees, etc. Currently, he is shouldering this amount himself from the copyright revenue received from the Vietnam Center for Music Copyright Protection (VCPMC).

“Luckily, I still have a stable source of income from my previous pop hits. That achievement is thanks to the love and support of the audience, so I will contribute back, doing meaningful things for the community and for children. Singing with my children will be the first project on Nguyen Van Chung's Channel 300 Children's Songs , followed by subsequent projects or MVs for each song that is loved and well-received to be more widely disseminated depending on the channel's development, channel revenue, audience reception, and reasonable cooperation offers to be able to maintain it for the long term," the male musician expressed.
