MV 'A Duck' with 1 billion views disappears from YouTube

MV A Duck, an animated video with the voice of "little" Xuan Mai, which is a favorite song of Vietnamese children, suddenly disappeared from the YouTube channel Heo Con.

In June 2024, this MV became the first Vietnamese music video to reach 1 billion views, a very difficult achievement for Vietnamese music.

A billion view duck has disappeared

Currently, if you search for the keyword A duck on YouTube, the results still show other MVs such as The yellow-feathered duckling of the Heo Con channel (reaching 127 million views), A duck of the Bon Bon Song channel, A duck of the 3D Animation channel - Glow Studios... But the MV A duck with 1 billion views is not displayed.

On the Heo Con channel, other popular children's music videos include Grasshopper (480 million views), My Two Hands (315 million views), Mouse (179 million views), I'm Three (164 million views)... The channel has not given a reason for the video A Disappearing Duck .

Commenting on the disappearance of this video, many viewers - many of whom are parents - expressed regret. They said this was a "food eating video" of many children.

"My child only likes to watch that version, not the other clips" - one person wrote. Many viewers said that children not only like to listen to the song "A Duck", but also have to watch this video.

Besides the cheerful melody of the remix of the song "A Duck" (composed by musician Kim Duyen), the MV "A Duck" also attracts young audiences with bright, eye-catching cartoon images of ducklings and mother duck.

A viewer said that he could not find this video on YouTube for 3 weeks. The fact that "A Duck" and many other old children's songs are still "hot" and have reached hundreds of millions and billions of views shows that children's music is a big market. But for a long time, this market has lacked new "hits" that can replace old songs.
