My Dinh is waiting to "explode" in the music festival "Proud to be Vietnamese"

On the evening of August 17, at My Dinh National Stadium Square (Hanoi), more than 500 singers, artists and dancers will gather in a special art program "Proud to be Vietnamese".

My Dinh is waiting to "explode" with 500 artists in the music festival "Proud to be Vietnamese"

This is a key event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, chaired by the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television and Netmedia Joint Stock Company.

The event will be broadcast live on VTV1, relayed to many local stations and livestreamed on digital platforms, expected to attract about 30,000 live viewers at My Dinh.

The program "Proud to be Vietnamese" is built as an epic honoring history, arousing national pride and solidarity. General director Nguyen Trung Dung said that the stage design was inspired by the legend of Lang Lieu, combining the images of heaven and earth, divided into three chapters: Origin - Calling the name of Vietnam; One Vietnam - Millions of hearts and Proud to be Vietnamese.

The participating artists are very diverse, from names associated with traditional music to young faces such as: Buc Tuong Band, Duong Tran Nghia, Tung Duong, Hoa Minzy, Anh Tu, Duong Hoang Yen, Lam Bao Ngoc, Ha An Huy, Hoang Tung, Pham Thu Ha, Le Anh Dung, Huyen Trang, Lam Phuc, Oplus group, Mai Trang, Tien Hung, Tieu Minh Phung, RamC, along with Dynamic Choir, Little Star Club and hundreds of dancers.

Audiences will enjoy performances combining traditional and modern music, elaborately staged with modern sound, lighting and visual systems.

The combination of performing arts and historical stories promises to bring a satisfying, emotional experience, depicting the beauty of Vietnam's land and people, while also igniting the aspiration to build a rich and powerful Vietnam.
