The University of Finance and Marketing has just announced a plan to recruit and attract highly qualified lecturers on a large scale. In this recruitment round, the school recruited 43 candidates through a selection process. Of these, 35 positions are for lecturers with a master’s degree or higher.
Notably, there is a special support and attraction policy for lecturers with a doctorate degree or the title of associate professor or professor with a minimum working time of 5 years.
Associate Professor Dr. Pham Tien Dat, Principal of the University of Finance and Marketing, said that according to the school's internal spending regulations, professors under 50 years old are given a one-time support of 500 million VND, and those over 50 to under 55 years old are given 400 million VND. Associate professors under 50 years old are given 300 million VND, and those over 50 to under 55 years old are given 200 million VND. For PhDs graduated abroad, the one-time support is 100 million VND and for PhDs graduated domestically is 60 million VND (regardless of age).
"This policy is applied publicly, transparently, without negativity and fairly to all existing talents and talents recruited through the school's annual civil servant recruitment exams," Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Tien Dat added.
The school needs to recruit lecturers in the fields of: marketing, international business, financial technology, accounting, business administration, finance-banking, data science, logistics and supply chain management, public finance, tax, digital marketing...
Not only the University of Finance and Marketing, previously some member schools of Ho Chi Minh City National University also announced a policy to attract excellent young scientists and leading scientists at a high level.
