Over the past 5 years, trade unions at all levels in the district have actively promoted the intelligence of cadres, union members, and employees to contribute ideas to the development and completion of relevant policies and laws. 19/26 enterprises organized negotiations and signed collective labor agreements, reaching 73.08%. Most enterprises implemented a meal allowance of over 15,000 VND/person, with one enterprise supporting 33,000 VND. During the term, there were no labor disputes at enterprises with a large number of workers. In addition, through the Social Fund of Binh Thuan Trade Union, it supported union members in difficult circumstances to build 7 new "Union Houses" with a total cost of 200 million VND. During the past term, there were 1,099 new union members admitted, reaching 115.68% of the target assigned by the Provincial Federation of Labor, reaching 219.8% of the target of the District Union Congress Resolution, bringing the total number of union members in the district to 6,061 members/106 grassroots unions, trade unions...

With the slogan of action "For the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, for the sustainable development of the country, continuing to innovate the content and methods of union activities", Tuy Phong District Union strives for the 2023 - 2028 term to admit 700 new union members, at least 80% of enterprises and units with union organizations are qualified to represent, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements according to the provisions of law. Strive for 70% of union members' cases in need of consultation, guidance and resolution of their legitimate and legal rights and interests to be supported by the union. Strive for 90% of grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises to establish mass women's unions according to the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union...

Attending the congress, comrade Nguyen Xuan Phoi - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Confederation of Labor praised the achievements of the district trade unions in the past time. The congress elected 14 members of the Tuy Phong District Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term and elected 17 delegates to attend the 11th Provincial Trade Union Congress. At the first conference, 4 members of the District Labor Federation Standing Committee were elected, and comrade Le Ngoc Linh was re-elected as Chairman of the District Labor Federation for the 9th term.
