Based on the above Lunar New Year holiday schedule, including weekends before and after the specified time, students in Ho Chi Minh City have a total of 9 days off.

Meanwhile, with the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday schedule, students in Ho Chi Minh City will have a holiday from February 5, 2024 (ie the 26th day of the 12th lunar month) to February 18, 2024 (ie the 9th day of the Lunar New Year). Including weekends before and after the prescribed time, students in Ho Chi Minh City will have a total of 16 days off.

Thus, in the near future, students in Ho Chi Minh City will have 7 days less Tet holiday (2025) than last year.

Also today, the Ministry of Home Affairs agreed with the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs that officials, civil servants and public employees will have 9 consecutive days off for the Lunar New Year of At Ty.
